• Orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) are processed
and shipped within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary due to factors such as stock availability, payment
authorization, security checks, packing, or dispatch delays.
• An email confirmation is sent for all orders once received.
• The day your order is placed counts as Day 0, with typical delivery ranging from 1
to 7 days.
4. Tracking Information

order with our logistics partner. Please provide an accurate contact number at checkout so the
courier can reach you if needed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Once payment is completed, cancellations cannot be processed. Please review your order
