At IT SQUARE, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory

Initiating a Replacement Request:
You may initiate a request for the replacement of a product within 5 days from the time the
product is delivered to you (“Replacement Period”) if:

  1. The product is received in a physically damaged condition (to be reported within 24
    hours of delivery or before activation of products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever
    is earlier).
  2. The product is defective or not in working condition.
  3. Parts of the product or accessories are missing (to be reported within 24 hours of

    Package Integrity:
    All our packages come with “Tamper Evident Void Seals.” Ensure that you do not accept
    packages with tampered seals. Acceptance of a tampered “Void Seal” or a damaged box
    will disqualify you from any replacement claims.
    Conditions for Replacement:
    To be eligible for a successful replacement pick-up, you must keep the product in its
    unused, original condition. Ensure you have the original invoice/sale receipt, brand outer
    box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the
    manufacturer’s packaging.
    Replacement Process:
    If you believe a product is subject to replacement, register a request on the IT SQUARE
    platform. We will verify if the defects or damages claimed are acceptable or if they result
    from our default. Verification may include requesting images of the damaged product or
    scheduling a call or visit for assessment.
    Replacement Conditions:
    Your replacement will be processed only if the specified conditions are fulfilled, such as the
    product being provided in its original condition with the price tag intact, matching serial
    number/barcode with our records, intact brand outer packaging, and all accessories.

    As per IT SQUARE’s policy, there is strictly no return or refund applicable to any products.
    In the case of damaged products, we will replace the product.

All returns are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of
